An outstanding location!

A very warm welcome at the largest lake of Germany - the Müritz. Here the harbour village of Müritz lies in the middle of an outstanding location on the edge of the Müritz-Nationalpark (Müritz National Park).

The harbour village belongs to the municipality of Rechlin, situated on the southeast shore of the lake. 200,000 m² at the Claassee is one of the last spots in the Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte with building permit directly at the water.

The Fullservice yacht harbour of our cooperation partner Kuhnle-Tours with at present 350 moorings (400 approved) takes pleasure to big popularity (centrally conveniently between Hamburg, Berlin and Rostock).
We offer investors a mooring to special conditions.

A Vacation comparable to holidays at the sea.

Directly on the lakeside of the Müritz 8 Captain's Houses already provide an unspoilt view onto the "Little Sea". When finished, a total of 14 beach houses will form a curved line on the shore of the Müritz.

By now we can offer you more than 85 holiday homes in the Scandinavian style. They are suitable for two to eight people (depending on the model of the house) and are equipped with a whirlpool, a sauna and a chimney stove.

Another highlight is the Müritzturm (Müritz Tower) with its ten modern luxury flats. On the roof of the Müritzturm we sell an enormous penthouse with the dimensions of approx. 220 m² on two levels.

If you are not on the water, you'll find an infrastructure that will be expanded in the future. The Müritzplatz with the pier was officially opened in summer 2010. You'll also find the Müritzbistro here. An event restaurant and a sauna world are planned, directly on the shore of the Müritz. The sanitary buildings and changing rooms at the beach are finished and already in use.

The restaurant "Captain's Inn", the landing stage for the ships, the stops for the Nationalpark-buses, a boat rental company, beach, beach volleyball- and soccer field, a bicycle rental company, a shop and the reception are belonging to the infrastructure of the park.
