About us

The company Limburg was founded in 1970.

Beside the marketing, management and financing of residential real estates and trade real estates of all kind, the concept and the construction of holiday's real estates, partly with an own developer's society with connected building contractors, was the main focus of our company activities from the beginning.

After the construction and sales of more than 200 summer cottages and holiday apartments in the 70s in Hooksiel on the North Sea coast, the construction of the holiday park Extertal followed in 1981 in the Weserbergland. Here we started our all-round service-concept: "everything from one hand" first.

In 1996 we started to build up the Ferienpark Mirow-Granzow at the lake with new very well equipped summer cottages in the Scandinavian style – of course also with a service society.

Then this was also in charge of the services for the new founded Ferienpark Müritz in 2004. There the Limburg Gruppe co-operates with the throughout Europe known boat charter "Kuhnle" which had moved her company headquarters to the Müritz after 1989.

The wellness oasis MirowSpa at the new built striking Aparthotel Seepanorama in the Ferienpark Mirow was completed on the 8.12.2008.

Now we are in the last stage of the development of the captain's houses at the Ferienparks Müritz at the Müritz-lake.
